This week I am set to send your blood pressure soaring but do not worry, Matron Sandy is here to look after you. After I have done my rounds it's time to set my own pulse racing with my very special way of checking that my circulation is working OK. I use my Rabbit to get the blood flowing to the most sensitive parts and everything was very much in working order.

I do love a suit. I feel ready for anything when I am dressed to impress especially when I get a little daring and wear a sheer top under the jacket with no bra . But of course a suit is not worn correctly unless you have nylons and heels on, and of course I am always dressed correctly.
